I did reach out via email to the service manager who claimed to want to hear from me if I had any problems. I have not heard back. It has been over a week. To add injury to insult, it turns out I left the key to my other vehicle in the loaner. I spent 15 minutes on hold, only to be hung up on. Called back, got put on hold, then transferred to a phone that rang off the hook. Finally I had to yell at the poor girl who answers the phone to hand the phone to a manager. She does that and the person takes my information and agrees to go find the key. Calls back 15 minutes later asking for more information, promises to call me back either way. Last I heard from him. That was 6 days ago.
