Just another "stealership" Service shop is nothing special. Brought truck in to diagnose a drivability issue. After waiting 2 days for the diesel mechanic who was out "sick".I was informed that he could not recreate the problem. He wanted to flash my control modules on a whim that they where out of date. I informed him that they were custom tunes that were expensive. Nothing more was done. I feel that they could have done more. Oh yeah and then they stuck a license plate surround with "kunes county ford" on it, I did not buy my excursion from the so why are they sticking xxxx on my truck. no vacuum, no wash. But they had time for the porter to put that advertisement on the back of my rig! More
