Seriously Disappointed!!! My fiance and I had driven 3 hours to get there because their salesmen guaranteed us a certain price on a new truck. I had confirmed numerous times be My fiance and I had driven 3 hours to get there because their salesmen guaranteed us a certain price on a new truck. I had confirmed numerous times before driving there to make sure that price was the drive off the lot price and was told that, indeed it was. I was also told everything(paperwork and vehicle) would be ready to go, to which in fact it wasn't. When we got there the truck they had out wasn't the same truck. We(salesman and us 2) drove out to the back and finally found what we thought was our truck, then the salesman left us out there while going to get the key(mind you it wasn't the warmest outside). When he got back and tried start the truck....shocker...it was dead. He then left us out there again to go get the battery charger. When we got back to his desk, he ran my credit, and then proceeded to pick through it and tell me what I needed to dispute on it(old history), even before giving it to the finance department. After waiting almost an hour, the manager finally came over and said they could not give us the truck for the price they guaranteed us and I think they actually sold the original truck we came down there for. We were then offered a $100 gift card and gas for the drive down there, to which we refused. They refused to back up/honor their price and then proceeded to find us other trucks(not the specific one we wanted) and even went as far as trying to lease us one. We finally left dissatisfied. We spent over 5 hours in driving time and over 2 hours in waiting around. I came down there for a specific truck only to be lied to and let down. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
