Joe Serpico is a salesman I would highly recommend I had been shopping around for a specific brand and model of used truck. The first few dealerships I visited were the typical, lure you in with “actual online prices” only to find out about additional costs after test driving vehicles as well as a lack of compromise in negotiating. Joe was professional, approachable, and honest. I told him about the vehicle I was interested in and the relative cost I was willing to pay. He did not use the typical ridiculous pressure phrase of “what will it take to make this happen today?” instead he told me what his bottom line was and said to let him know what my decision was, “no pressure”. I asked him if he would be able to go any lower than his bottom line (I knew that this was a long shot, as his bottom line was good) but he went and asked anyway. Needless to say that because of Joe I got the vehicle I wanted in the price range I wanted and am extremely happy. I would recommend Joe to anyone who wants to avoid the typical car buying experience and just wants an honest salesman without the pressure! More

We were short on time, weren't sure we would buy today, and just wanted to check things out. Our salesman was outstanding. We had a horrible experience at the Chevy dealer next door so to be met by someone as articulate, knowledgeable, and personable as Frank Schmidt was refreshing. He listened to us, understood the nice to have vs need to have. He wasn't pushy. He gave us comparable vehicles to look at and didn't try to oversell us. We are Veterans and they went through setting us up at ID me and helping us get a veteran discount, other dealers just pushed a military discount aside if you aren't currently active duty. Our Finance manager, Mark Rosenbush, was just as awesome. He had us in and out quickly and again didn't try to push us where we didn't want to go. If the poor reviews are true, I'd say this dealership deserves some kudos for listening and doing better. Bravo and thank you so much for our Ford F-150! More
