Customer service My husband and I both bought new vehicles and the buying process was good. However both my husband and I have things that need to be fixed on our vehicles. We have left several messages to our salesman, sales manager etc... no one wants to return our calls, emails or text messages. Not once did anyone return any of our messages. If you work in customer service you should always address someone’s concerns instead of ignoring them. We showed up at the dealership with both vehicles Saturday and we were told the person that schedules to have our trucks fixed wasn’t in until Tuesday and they would call us then to schedule. Again no one has called so we call them again and same thing one person blaming another for them not calling us. If I could return both vehicles I would and take my business elsewhere. I’ve never had such terrible service until now. You shouldn’t receive such terrible service no matter what you buy but these are both 2018 vehicles More

$1200 of unnecessary work; problem not solved. I have brought vehicles for service for a long time. At the same time that a family member died, our car started heating & cooling simultaneously. We I have brought vehicles for service for a long time. At the same time that a family member died, our car started heating & cooling simultaneously. We dropped off the car and keys, called the next morning and explained what the car was doing. A few hours later, we receive a call from the service person; again, i explained the car was heating and cooling at the same time. He told me the problem was under the hood, not the dash; for $1200, the problem would be corrected. He called again, saying the problem is in the dash, and it will cost another $500. I told him to put the car together; we would go 2 1/2 hours to the funeral without air conditioning. The $1200 worth of work did not correct the problem, nor was that work necessary. I took the car elsewhere, and in 2 hours, it was fixed for $445; it was the blend air motor all along. I did NOT need the evaporator for $1200. More

Jesus was patient with us and was very honest and had our best interest in mind; was not pushy or trying to get us into a vehicle that was out of our price range. He was personable and took his time and took our requirements into consideration when pointing out possible vehicle options. There was some work needed to be done to the car, and they lent me a loaner car without needing to pay. I appreciated that a lot! I would recommend Jesus to my friends and family. However, when we went into the financing offices, I felt a little rushed. Since this was my first car, I was a little confused at what I was signing on. I felt a little rushed and was not really explained in details what I was reading/signing. That seemed to be the only rocky part of the car buying experience. More
