He took us out to the lot to look over the truck inventory, let us test drive the truck, and quietly sat in the back, wasn't "pushy". He worked closely with the Store Manager, Phil Lafata, to get us a great deal! Then after the purchase, there was an "issue" that came up, but Mike quickly took care of it in a very timely manner. Laid Back, No Pressure Environment This was my first experience with Kunes Country Stateline Superstore of Antioch. The stereotypes of automotive sales people tend to make me suspicio This was my first experience with Kunes Country Stateline Superstore of Antioch. The stereotypes of automotive sales people tend to make me suspicious in general, but Jesus Paredes and his team of sales manager all were friendly, helpful, and honest; highly professional. I found a truck on their website that I was interested in and spoke with Jesus. He tracked down the vehicle and let me know that it was still available for sale. After inspecting the truck, I was offered to take the truck on a test drive on a route that I was able to choose, not the dealership. I was also impressed that Jesus did not accompany my wife and me on the test drive. Unlike other dealerships, this allowed us to discuss the truck openly without the rebuttal of a salesperson present. Very refreshing for a test drive. Jesus was outstanding to work with. We offered a price and he worked hard to meet our offer. There were no slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, and no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just civil, and relaxed win-win negotiations. I highly recommend Jesus, as the buying experience at Kunes was well above my prior experience at other dealerships. More

13 MONTHS OF A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH NO RESOLUTION I ORDERED A 2018 FORD TRANSIT , THE PAPER WORK GOT MESSED UP SEVERAL TIMES , WRONG VEHICLE WAS TITLED AND LICENSED IN MY NAME , WRONG VEHICLE WAS DELI I ORDERED A 2018 FORD TRANSIT , THE PAPER WORK GOT MESSED UP SEVERAL TIMES , WRONG VEHICLE WAS TITLED AND LICENSED IN MY NAME , WRONG VEHICLE WAS DELIVERED TWICE , REPAIR WORK -FARMED OUT LEFT SEVERAL SCRATCHES AND TOUCH UP PAINTED AFTER 8ISH MONTHS OF ALMOST 30,000.00 I STILL AM GETTING NOTICE TO RENEW PLATES THAT ARE NOT MINE , THE DMV AND MY INSURANCE COMPANY ARE TRYING TO HELP BUT , NOW I HAVE TO WAITE UNTIL PAPERS ARE RECEIVED FOR LICENSE PLATE REVOCATION FORM TO BE SUBMITTED ??? , STILL SERIOUS PAPERWORK ISSUES AFTER 13 MONTHS , AND MONTHS OF INCOME LOSS . DEALER REPRESENTATION IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ON PHONE AND HOURS MORE WASTED , NOW SEVERAL MORE HOURS TO STRAIGHTEN OUT PAPERWORK MESS , WENT TO ANOTHER DEALER AND WAS IN AND OUT WITH A VEHICLE LESS THAN ONE HOUR , WAY BETTER THAN THE 24 VISITS FOR THE WRONG VEHICLE AND INCORRECT TAX FORM , LICENCE & TITLE , STILL DEALING WITH NIGHTMARE , ALL I CAN SAY IS GOOD LUCK More
