It was definitely an experience.. Repair work Today, on the coldest day of the year, I was in Mount Carroll for my job. When I was ready to head for home (Moline, IL), I noticed that the panel un Today, on the coldest day of the year, I was in Mount Carroll for my job. When I was ready to head for home (Moline, IL), I noticed that the panel underneath the engine had come loose on one end. I was working at the Mt. Carroll School District. The fine people at the District called Kunes for me. It was late in the afternoon, they could have said come back tomorrow, but they didn't. They told me to bring the car over. Within 45 minutes the panel had been reattached and I was on my way home. The charge for this was 0, zip, nothing. Not only that, they were as nice as could be. Five stars is not a high enough rating for this dealer. More
