She was efficient, friendly, and made everything easier on me (the customer). She worked with my insurance company, she provided a loaner car for me, she remained in contact with me regarding the timeline of services, and most importantly was very honest with me. My favorite part was that I only contacted my insurance company once. From that point on, she contacted them whenever she needed clarification or to work out arrangements. When I got my car back, things ran perfectly. I was worried due to the nature of the damage but its been working like its brand new. The office staff were super friendly. The mechanics that I did get to speak to while picking my car up were super friendly. I would definitely go to them again if I ever need repair work. I would suggest them to anyone. More
