Very POOR service at this dealership New to the area I googled Lincoln dealers and went to Kunes for a problem starting my car and key not working. The service writer said she knew exact New to the area I googled Lincoln dealers and went to Kunes for a problem starting my car and key not working. The service writer said she knew exactly what was wrong had the same problem with another car last week. She stated You need a car battery and key fob battery." Yet I was charged $109 to check the battery with a total bill for the key and car battery coming to $283.00. Service person came in to talk to another lady (also a senior citizen) and told her the work needed on her car along with she needed wiper blades. The lady said "you put wiper blades on the last time I was here a few months ago>: Really disappointed in the Lincoln service and cost. would not recommend this dealership for service unless you don't mind paying too much., More
