The Our 2006 Escape Hybrid hit a deer and was totaled.When we walked into Kunes we had less than 3 days to buy a new car before we were due to leave on Thanksgiving vacation to see our new 6 week old granddaughter.Jared met us at the door and so very smoothly got the buying process rolling. It did not take long for him to find the car we wanted and get us a test drive.Financing was quick and painless as we had a "yes, are are approved" answer in less than 30 mins. When we picked up the car Jeff explained the financing in clear terms as well as the optional insurance and warranty plans. There was NO high pressure to buy anything extra which we really appreciated. Our car was prepped with loving care too. When we picked up the car the next AM Jared explained all its functions especially Sync 3 until we understood them.On top of that the 1st oil change is free! We were able to leave on our vacation exactly when we had planned. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had and we had bought 20+ cars over our 43 years of marriage.
