Well worth a 3-hour drive to do business with these folks We live quite literally 3 blocks from a Ford dealer, but we made the 3-hour drive to Kunes Country Ford to work with Drew Rowley and the other staff w We live quite literally 3 blocks from a Ford dealer, but we made the 3-hour drive to Kunes Country Ford to work with Drew Rowley and the other staff who helped with our purchase. The process of buying our truck could not have gone smoother. I first negotiated a price over the phone (shout out to Kathleen Sciacero for working with us), and once we agreed on a price, we drove out the same day to take a look at the vehicle (a pre-owned F-350 Platinum). Drew greeted us at the door and within 10 minutes we were out for a test drive (on our own). He was very knowledgeable about the truck we were considering--and Ford trucks in general--and even though we arrived only an hour or so before they closed for the day, he spent as much time as we needed to answer our questions and generally make sure the truck was what we expected it to be (which it was). The paperwork processing and final prep of the truck also went very smoothly, and we were never pressured into up-sells like extended warranties or paint sealant. With the 12,000 mile warranty in-hand and a full tank of diesel, we were on our way home in about 90 minutes. If you live close to Sterling, this should be the only dealer you go to for your next vehicle. If you live far from Sterling like we do, but find something in their online inventory that meets your needs, don't hesitate to give Drew a call. You will find he is knowledgeable, personable, forthright and fair, just like we did. It will be worth the trip! More

By far the best experience I've ever had buying a car This past week my husband and I went to test drive a few cars as I was indecisive of what I wanted. Bob was amazing in dealing with my indecisiveness This past week my husband and I went to test drive a few cars as I was indecisive of what I wanted. Bob was amazing in dealing with my indecisiveness and was patient with us. We left to think it through even though I knew that I wanted one of the cars I test drove. We called Bob the next day and talked with Joe in finance to go over our tricky financial situation. Bob and Joe made buying this car fast, easy and non-stressful.
