Nailed it! I was very hesitant to go to the dealership alone combined with the anxiety of having less than perfect credit. I sat in my car in the parking lot fo I was very hesitant to go to the dealership alone combined with the anxiety of having less than perfect credit. I sat in my car in the parking lot for maybe 10 minutes contemplating leaving. Chris came out and he was extremely understanding of my anxiety and made the situation way less stressful. He was extremely kind and went well out of his way to accommodate me. Not only did he find me the exact car I was looking for, he and the staff at Kunes got me in it for a reasonable payment despite having less than perfect credit. Not only do I now have a reliable, practical vehicle now for me and my family-I feel like I even made a friend! Hats off to Chris, the finance team and the management team at Kunes! What a joke. Sold us a vehicle with bad brakes. Took it in 2 times, brakes were fine. 3rd time we WATCHED as the mechanic "checked" our brakes by shining a flashli Sold us a vehicle with bad brakes. Took it in 2 times, brakes were fine. 3rd time we WATCHED as the mechanic "checked" our brakes by shining a flashlight around the wheel and sitting on his phone for 20 minutes. No wonder our loud, squealing brakes were "fine" the last 2 times. Then we were quoted for a seat belt. Told we. red a pretentioner too (we dont, just the belt) we were quoted around 260 of belt, tensioner and labor. Coming back now knowing I don't need the tensioner I was quoted between 280-310. Something seems fishy. And don't get me started about the poor lady waiting with us that had ONE tire taken off, mechanic realized they had the wrong size and put the tire right back on in the RECORD time of 45 minutes. Didnt know they could change a tire SO FAST. This place is an actual joke. We will NEVER buy a vehicle from them so long as we live. More
