They are dishonest and don’t provide the product promised Worst dealership ever!!! We purchased a used car from here a few days ago. We were told the car had new brakes and was in great condition. After driving the car for one day the check engine light came on. We took the car to our mechanic and found out the car needed more work than it was worth. My husband called and spoke with one of the owners, Dale. He told us to bring the car in and we could trade it in for another car. He drove two equally problematic cars neither of which were ever inspected by their technicians. Dale told us point blank that the used trade in cars are never really looked at by a mechanic. This dealership is selling used cars that have never been inspected by their mechanics even though their website boasts that every used car has a thorough inspection by their expert technicians. I'm here to tell you that is not true. That is false advertising on the part of Benoy. Do not buy a car from here. The salesmen are liars, have no morals and do not sell quality cars. More
Super Dealership with Outstanding Customer Service We returned to Benoy to purchase another Wrangler since we were so satisfied with the 2010 Wrangler that we had gotten. Saw the 2016 on the website an We returned to Benoy to purchase another Wrangler since we were so satisfied with the 2010 Wrangler that we had gotten. Saw the 2016 on the website and made the trip to Benoy. We were really happy to see that Gary Merritt was still there as he came out to greet us as we pulled in and he recognized the Green Jeep. From that moment on we were convinced that Benoy was the Jeep dealership we wanted to do business with. The Owners also were very nice to us and made us feel like familiar customers. Service department very misleading Service department has blatent disregard for informing customer of the truth regarding a part for a safety recall that we were notified I believe back Service department has blatent disregard for informing customer of the truth regarding a part for a safety recall that we were notified I believe back in November of 2013. Finally bring the vehicle in for the recall part along with a leaking coolant line to be replaced and they tell me of a grocery list of parts and servicethat needs to be done, least of which I was told I needed anew radioator. When asked why they thought this, I was told the tech noticed it was wet on one side by the bottom of the tank. When i dropped the truck off, i specifically informed them I left the radiator cap loose so as to not build pressure in the coolant system since the line was leaking. I then asked if there was a pressure test done on the cooling system and I really could not get an answer. Had I been an ignorant consumer that did ot realize you pressure test these items, I would've had no option but to replace the radiator so as to avoid damaging my motor. I informed the dealership not to do anyhting other than fix the one coolant line and the recalled part. I will take my business, wether a purchase or service, elsewhere. My wife and I have purchased somewhere in the neighborhood of seven vehicles from Benoy Motors. We've purcased out last. More
