My husband is alot to work with, he doesnt have a lot of patience and is a huge penny pincher and Susan Lavertu, our saleswoman was completely understanding and helpful through the whole process. She showed us lots of options and tried to save us money every step of the way. Every car buying experience I have ever had we always hear, theres no way to get what you want for your budget. This time Phil jumped through hoops to make us happy. He took the time to break all of the financing information down and made it very clear to us what kind of value we were getting. When my husband had a bit of sticker shock, they let us borrow the vehicle we were looking at for the night, so we could take it home, sleep on it, I went grocery shopping in it. This helped us realize the value in real life and really made the decision for us. So sweet, so understanding, and did whatever they could to make us happy. More

The reason i am not giving it a a full 5 star rating is due to the finance department. We dealt with two finance managers (I seriously don’t recall their names). One on our initial visit and the other one on our last visit, when we purchased the truck. The guy who ran the paperwork (don’t recall his name) was great and I don’t believe he was part of the finance department, for some reason he got put in there because they were shorthanded and he was just filling in. Bottom line, Dan was great to work with and I will definitely recommend people to go see him if they are in the market for a new vehicle! More
