Bad experience with this dealership and management They are very rude, likes to play the numbers game and tell you one thing and then another happens. the car we looked at then told us it was Ford fie They are very rude, likes to play the numbers game and tell you one thing and then another happens. the car we looked at then told us it was Ford fiesta used for 13500.00 at 75 months and the payment would be $459.00 per month and then they told us @350.00 then they came back and looked at me and said i have been doing this business for 35 years and i know when i look at someone what their credit score is . you have a 700 credit score ill lower your payment to $215 per month. I thought WOW judge your customers just to get sales. I said what if my credit is not 700 then what? He said i will honer what i am telling you. all we have in this world is our world. he said i will bet you ever dollar in my pocket that you are 700 credit. Then he came back with a different amount Then he said you know what I will do this 249.00 per month with a free warranty (no warranty). we said yes and then the paperwork was at 259.00. When i spoke with Phil he said that he could not do anything. and then he told me that he would have the finance person call me. She did and told me the best they could do is take back the car and give back our trade in back. I had 24 hours. My son brought the car back. when we went back they said you know what we can not cancel the deal but we can do give you a check for $700.00 and call it even. then they told us take the check or nothing. We do not agree, with strong arming people. so he walked away and would not talk to us. the lady was no where to be found. Gino the special Finance manger told me that i just had buyers remorse that is why i was bring the car back and not because they lied Oh yea they are running a deal if you bring in a trade in they will give you $4000.00 over KBB. don't forget to read the fine print everyone this is a joke. they offered $1000.00 and told us there are fees so yes they give you $4000.00 and then they charge a fee and now you are down to $1000.00. They told me what do you expect your card is not worth $4000.00. We since have dropped the car off and took our plates. I was told by one person that our contract is still at their dealership on paper because the do old school work. After dropping the car off someone told my son if you do not take the car we will tow it to your front yard and bill you for the tow. They still have our car and money and we return their car to them. I can keep going about my experience but at the end of the day. please be careful if you deal with this dealership. More

They worked with me, and I came out, with not what I was originally wanting, but something I could erase the negative equity with, help restore my credit, and still serve what I needed to transport a family of 7. Horrible I went in looking for a new truck. My salesman was Shane. He tried deciding what truck I wanted, and ran my credit on 3 trucks I didn’t even look at. I went in looking for a new truck. My salesman was Shane. He tried deciding what truck I wanted, and ran my credit on 3 trucks I didn’t even look at. I ended up buying a truck there anyways, which I instantly regretted. They required a $2950 down payment and I gave them $1500 and set the rest up in a payment plan. Made my first payment, and the following Friday when my next payment was due I started getting harassing phone calls and text messages from the salesman stating if I didn’t come in for my payment they were repossessing my truck. Now, this was at 3:00 in the afternoon(when most people are still at work) they didn’t have record of my first payment so they thought I skipped out on it. Very dissatisfied with my over all experience. On a side note, I bought bought a used truck (2014) and it never even got inspected by their service department when it was traded in. They didn’t wash it or even vacuum the previous owners mess out of it. More
They lied to my face I was very clear with the sales rep on what my payment parameters were. The car that I liked was more expensive but he was trying to persuade me. Then, after I had asked no less than four times in. I uncertain terms if they would refrain from doing a hard pull unless I was comfortable with the numbers, he said “no, just a soft pull so it doesn’t show up”. Ok, I agreed to a SOFT pull. As I’m sitting there an eternity with them holding my keys hostage I get an alert from Credit Karma that a hard pull had been added to my report. When Jerry came back to “give me updated numbers” I said that I wanted my keys back as I was done. Being lied to is not tolerable, even if over something “so small”. I had to tell him repeatedly that we were done and to give me my keys back. He introduced me to his manager. All I wanted was my keys to leave and instead they tried to placate me with promises of lower payments or a year of free oil changes. By that point (after being walked outside because I had to raise my voice to get my keys back) I was irate. If they lie about things so small, why on earth would I want to be in a business relationship with them? They claim to be a Christian business but these two men need to learn to not lie and then argue with someone trying to leave. No woman should ever have to demand their property and raise their voice just to be able to leave. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Thanks Kune’s, for instilling a distrust of car dealers. More
