Stay away! This place is the reason nobody likes buying cars. Read reviews and should have known better. Inquired about a truck and was called immediately to set up a appointment to see it and they called cars. Read reviews and should have known better. The girl said it would be cleaned up and waiting out front when I arrived. First lie! No truck and wasted a hour and a half driving to various storage lots to look for it and come to find out it hasn’t been delivered yet. Called them the next day and told them to work the OTD price for when it cam in which they did and the price seemed to be fair and this was 10/31/20. I asked about rebates that expired on 11/2/20 and they said not to worry as the rebates will be good. 11/3/20 get a call that rebates changed and price went up by about 3k so I said I would wait 11/6/20 get a call that they have coupons they can carry over and truck comes in a little cheaper and if I want it to come leave a deposit which o do that day. The out the door price was 34,561 which is the price given to me by my salesman. I leave a deposit of 500.00 which would bring the amount owed to 34,061 I have told them no less than 5 times not to mount the plate on the front. The truck comes in I look at it we move forward with deal and I tell them again I don’t want the holes in the front bumper do not mount the plat bracket. Go to pay for the truck and it’s 34,561 and they refused to acknowledge my 500.00 deposit. Also was told that financing through Chrysler capitol I would have to make 3 payments before I could refinance which I believe is lie 3 and after all the repeated instructions of no front plate they screwed it through my bumper cover anyway. Lie 4 instead of admitting they can’t follow simple instructions was told that they will get fined if they didn’t install it. The said part is my town gave them tax exemptions to remodel their facility and this is the xxxxxxxx they pull. On a high note the 3 payment rule is so they get their portion of the rebate. Guess who’s paying off their loan next week! 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Danny Smits was the only highlight as he was friendly and I would suggest he find a better franchise to work for. I even had to set my own clock and switch it from kilometer s to mph. I’d be surprised if it has oil in it! Awesome PDI guys! More

Bought a car Oct 6, 2020 didn't even get it home engine blew. Contract cancelled. Bought a hyundai on Oct.23 and the transmission went two days later. They are fixing it but no loaner. Terrible! I bought a 2019 Ram 3500 pick up on July 29,2020. Logan, the salesman pointed out a yellow spot on the passenger side front fender. He assured us that it would be repainted. Paint runs down the fender. Not only did they do a bad job, they put an extra 64 miles on it, left a dirty footprint on my windshield and the remains of their lunch in the back seat. Phil the GM looked at it and agreed to have it repainted again. Well, they didn’t. They tried to wet sand it. I know this because the truck was filthy when I picked it up. Wet sanding crud all over it. The paint runs? Still there. Only now the clear coat is coming off. I’ve called a minimum of 10 times( got a call log). Thus far they refuse to call me back. I just filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Their business motto is “ Faith, Family and giving back”. They’re definitely giving it to me. Beware of this place! On top of all this. Not one person in the facility wears a mask! This place needs to be reported. More

I took my vehicle home and a month later I'm being told my finance deal fell through . I'm so disappointed because I put money down, bought full coverage insurance. Mike calsl me on 10/9 Rudely exclaiming I need to bring them there vehicle. I told them to come get it. Now im sitting here trying to recover my down payment.and the run around by Phil. Ughhh a nightmare. They delete negative reviews off Facebook and most of the "happy " customers are encouraged to post prior to leaving the car lot. I already had a 2016 Chevy Cruze so all this unnecessary stuff was meaningless. More
Need a zero star option for these guys. Horrendous dealership. Agreed upon sales price was not honored at time of vehicle delivery. I gave Tracy Peterson (sales person) and Phil Lafata (sales manager) 4 weeks to rectify the issue. Zero response from either one. Kunes Country - never again. Buyer beware. Mafioso-style crooks. More
