I recently purchased a 2020 Jeep Compass from Kunes of Woodstock, and I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase! SO I made a spur of the moment decision “I need a new car, ASAP” I made an appointment and went in the next day. I was fortunate enough to be able to have the pleasure of meeting Gabriel Jacquez, and he was super helpful. I went in with the negative thought of “my credit score is probably not good enough”, “what if I need a co signer?” , “ Can I even do this on my own”. The worst they could’ve said was “no”. BUT surprisingly they didn’t say “no” and Gabriel helped/worked with me in purchasing my new beauty! The business and professionalism of not only, Gabriel, but the whole Kunes Crew was Phenomenal. The wait time wasn’t too long and was super reasonable for all the hard work they do in making sure they are putting you in something that you’ll love, something that will be perfect for you, and they truly do work with you and YOUR needs! After the purchase and the day after driving off the lot, I had received a call, email, and text message from them making sure that I was still happy with the car (yes, it had only been a day) but that goes to show you that they do care about their customers, and are willing to keep you happy and willing to help you with whatever concerns you have! Let me first say that I am a very indecisive person, especially when it comes to purchasing a car. I had to drive 40 minutes to Kunes in Woodstock, and knew that my indecisiveness might become frustrati especially when it comes to purchasing a car. I had to drive 40 minutes to Kunes in Woodstock, and knew that my indecisiveness might become frustrating for any worker. I had a price range that was not flexible, and wanted to leave their lot knowing that I had made the right decision. I got there around 11:00am and was weary towards the construction that was ongoing at that point. I immediately felt uneasy as to what I was getting myself into, however, this feeling was short lived. I was greeted immediately upon walking in by one of the workers, Nathaniel. We talked briefly and I expressed to him what I was willing to pay, as well as key components within the car that I was looking for. At this point, Nathaniel could have easily saved himself a headache and introduced me to a different worker, which is probably what I would have done. We sat at his desk for a few hours identifying potential cars before we would go outside and look at them. After test driving close to a dozen cars I still could not find the right car for me. He made the extra effort in searching for cars at other Kunes destinations in hopes that they could be sent over to the Woodstock destination for me. After a few hours at his desk once again, I decided to take one last look around the lot before going home. I saw a car parked outside and was wondering if it was for sale. He continued to have several conversations with his boss because that car was not even in their system yet because it had just arrived. At this point, it was dark and coming close to 5pm. His demonstration of patience throughout the course of the day was phenomenol. After talking with his manager, he came back with a price that was a bit steep for my liking. His perseverance to find me the perfect car was a result of a number of talks with his manager, until finally, he tells me that him and his manager agreed on a price that was within my budget. I left that night, satisfied beyond all measures, at 7pm, spending over 8 hours with Nathaniel's help. In a day he could have made more than one sale, he recognized the difficult task I was asking, and worked with me throughout the entire process. He truly cares about each of his costumers, and I would definitely recommend him for anyone who is looking for a car. Truly remarkable experience on my end. More
