They day the contacted me I had just come from the worst experience I had ever at a certain dealership in Downers Grove. So Austin had contacted me. This was Wednesday. I had told him about my bad experienc experience I had ever at a certain dealership in Downers Grove. So Austin had contacted me. This was Wednesday. I had told him about my bad experience. He told me not to worry, I would have a great experience. He told me I was approved. I have bad credit and they advertise programs for bad credit. He told me he didn’t work for Kunes, that he worked for the credit company they work with. So I made an appointment for the next day at 6:15 pm. He told me he would be sitting by my side as I was buying a car. I get there and I’m told that Austin is in meeting. So I talk to a very nervous sales person. (I can tell he must be new). So I give them all information and after what seemed to be a long time they tell me that I’m approved for $20,000. I said great. So they have me test drive a Cherokee. I really liked the car. So someone who is supposed to be a finance manager sits at the table with me and tells me they have a great program for me. Then he Asked me if I have someone that could be a grantor. First of all I was told I could be approved on my own. So I give them the name of a grantor and you have all the information, and once again I wait. So about 9:00 PM I started saying that I need to go to work. They told me just to hang out a little longer. So at 9:30 I told him again I have to go to work, they say hang out a little longer. So by 10 o’clock I’m walking to go talk to a finance manager to tell him that I really need to go. They say that they will call me in the morning with the numbers because they haven’t quite figured out the numbers yet. So I go home and I wait again. The next day which is Friday, I get a text from the customer service department asking asking how my visit was and was a well taken care of. This was 9:24 Am. And I text back saying good so far but I’m still waiting for a deal. At 12 PM I tried calling and I get someone else then who texted me and I tell them I have not heard from my salesman yet. I get a text saying that they will have them reach out. At 2 PM the salesman finally called me and asked me when I can come in. I asked if they had any numbers for me so I could decide if I could afford this car or not. I am told he does not. So at 4 PM I reach back out to him and he still doesn’t have anything for me. So then I tried to reach Austin, but apparently he’s not in the office at that point. So I called back and I talk to someone else. And she supposedly talks to the GM and they were supposed to call me by the time they closed. I finally got the price of the Cherokee I want. It is priced at $29,995. The day before I was told I was only approved for 20,000. So I’m not sure why they have me drive this $29,000 car. So at this point I have just totally given up on this dealership. I also had told them that if they could get me into the car, that my ex-husband was interested in buying one too. But apparently they don’t want our business. More

This dealership and the management are crooks to say the least they manipulate numbers from what they tell you. They dont give you the price they tell you. Rolled out the red carpet! The used truck I was promised took and week and a half longer than I was told. At first I was a little annoyed but they kept telling me that it’ll be worth the wait. I got a stellar deal on the truck and the staff worked overtime to get the truck to me. Then while doing paperwork I had to step out for a meeting and they put me in their conference room and offered a computer!! I have never had such a positive experience when buying a vehicle.
