Completely deceptive prescribes. Sales manager followed up with my inquiry, and asked if I had a trade in for the new Jeep I had messaged him about. I asked if it was available and he said “it’s available up with my inquiry, and asked if I had a trade in for the new Jeep I had messaged him about. I asked if it was available and he said “it’s available but I need to check if it’s on the lot, in the meantime send me your vin and miles and I’ll get back with you with your trade in value and numbers on the new one”. He never got back to me. Instead, another salesperson at this dealership called me and said it’s in fact NOT AVAILABLE unless I want to “bid on it” and that the bidding is already up $25k over MSRP. I explained to the salesperson that I already talked to Mike the new car sales manager and he told me he’s working on numbers for me. The sales person said “you must’ve been lied to, that Jeep isn’t available”. I immediately texted Mike the sales manager that I was disappointed in the level of service and he never responded. These people don’t care. It’s all bait and switch and insane margins. I will share this experience with everybody. Very deceptive company with poor management. More
