Found them on cars. com when searching for a '24 Grand Wagoneer. Listed a great price both there and on their website, so I reached out to them. Engaged with Kevin and com when searching for a '24 Grand Wagoneer. Listed a great price both there and on their website, so I reached out to them. Engaged with Kevin and he was very responsive. Sent him info on my trade and he quoted me an acceptable amount for that. However, when he sent over the final worksheet, the price was $6k higher than what it should have been. Questioned him on it and that's when he told me their listing was erroneously listing the same discount twice. He asked their GM if they would honor the listing price and they wouldn't. They didn't even try to work something out with me because of their error. It was simply this is the price if you want to buy it. I get that mistakes happen, and this was out of Kevin's control. But they took no accountability for their error. They could have at least had their GM call me and try to renegotiate the price with me. All I got was a text from Kevin saying, sorry about the mistake, but either pay this or don't buy it. More
