I was verbally harassed by the salesman about a rating that I sought fair to the dealership when I purchased my vehicle. I called to report the incident and hoping someone from higher up would be able to that I sought fair to the dealership when I purchased my vehicle. I feel as if the dealership has more loyalty to their employees than to the customers who come into their establishment to purchase a vehicle. More
