The financial aspect of my vehicle purchase was a disaster. The deal kept changing and the salesman apllied for a loan to over ten lenders which destroyed my credit he did this without my knowledge o disaster. As far as I knew I thought they had their own financing. So oh well my credit got dropped by 40 points. Also we were told we got a full tank of gas and a free oil change. There was maybe a quarter tank in there and the car was already Overdue for an oil change. They did change the oil and that counted as my free oil change which in my opinion isnt right. Also after asking repeatedly if the ac in the car worked because I have an infant I was repeatedly assured everything worked. Well cpne the warmer months and no ac. I brought it in after a few hour wait they filled it with freon and dye to see where the leak was. When the ac stopped working again I made the earliest appointment they had which was a month away for them to look at the leak. They look at the leak and now they have to file a claim with their warranty company to pqy for that. Then I have to make another appointment to get the ac fixed whenever the paperwork is done AND the part comes in. So I have been making car payments on a car with no ac. They refused to at least fill it witj freon again so I could have ac for a couple weeks its a slow leak. I guess my business isnt worth the cost of some freon. They seem to treat you based on how much y I spend. I just read a review of a person who bought a corvette from them and he had a GREAT experience. They picked him up from the airport and arranged everything for him and I couldnt get some lousy freon or loaner car until the issue is resolved. I tried calling several times to explain my frustration with the situation and just kept getting put on hold one time for OVER twenty minutes to just get some persons voicemail. I left a message and never got a call back. So thats my story shop at Kunes at your own risk. More

The car-buying process for the 2019 Mazda CX-5 I was interested in was very efficient and painless and everyone was very friendly. Since my old car was undrivable, Kunes was even able to give me a shutt interested in was very efficient and painless and everyone was very friendly. Since my old car was undrivable, Kunes was even able to give me a shuttle ride from and to my apartment a few miles from the dealership. They also were awesome about fixing up some unnoticed cosmetic damage on the rear lift gate, as it was covered under the (frankly impressive) bumper-to-bumper warranty (although they weren't able to get me a shuttle ride while the car was being serviced, so I ended up having to walk, but I won't ding them too hard for that. Things happen!) Overall, an enjoyable experience, and would definitely do business with Kunes Woodstock again when the opportunity to get another vehicle arises in the future! More
