Had a great experience at Kunes CJDR in Woodstock today. Having bad credit, and being self employed, I've been having a difficult time buying a car. Kunes made it happen more on my terms than the lenders. Having bad credit, and being self employed, I've been having a difficult time buying a car. Kunes made it happen more on my terms than the lenders. The lender wanted 2 years of tax returns and $3400 down. I said no. I ended up driving home in my new ride with no tax returns and $2k down. While signing docs, I was told that there were a few people they took care of who were more credit challenged than me, which blew my mind. Thanks, Mitch and October for taking care of me. We even got lunch and sun shades for free. They even talked about refinancing the loan in a few months after building better credit. I'd definitely buy another car from this dealership. More

The team at Kunes was professional and courteous. I appreciate the attention other sales associates showed us by asking if there was anything we needed or offering water and coffee. Ryan, the sales person, was professional and attentive.. the Charger I purchased was nicer than I expected. My only concern is that the engine cover is missing and I would like it replaced. Do not go here! !! On 07/19/24 they had a Jeep Cherokee L listed for 48,000. I told them that I wanted to buy it. They texted me a purchase order with $5232.52 worth !! On 07/19/24 they had a Jeep Cherokee L listed for 48,000. I told them that I wanted to buy it. They texted me a purchase order with $5232.52 worth of add-ons and fees. I told them that I wasn't going to pay their add-ons and fees, but I would buy the SUV at their advertised price. They refused to sell me the SUV. Completely dishonest advertising. The sales guy told me "Can't get to that kind of sales price without making up for it with add-ons." Do not go here. More
