I don't appreciate the fact that one can't make an appointment for an oil change. I have a 60 mile round trip to the dealership and not making an appointment isn't effective time management on my par appointment for an oil change. I don't even know where to start. Called and made an appointment. When we got there no one had a clue who we were supposed to see. We finally got help. We gave our information on our trade and the car we were looking at. We knew we owed more on our trade than it was worth. I went on their website and used their trade in value tool. It said they would give $33,000 for my trade. The care we looked at was priced at $44196 on their web site. When we got there the car was priced at over $52000 and they were only going to give me $26000 for my trade. I questioned this and just got some double talk response. We wasted 3 hours of our time there for nothing. We were ready to buy the car that day. Our credit is excellent and I had $7000.00 cash ready to put down to offset the negative equity. If they would have used the numbers that were advertised and offered me for my trade the payment would have been where I wanted it. The car would have been sold. We wasted 3 hours of our time for nothing. Still waiting for a responce. More
I only gave them one star because it wouldn’t except no stars. Took my car in to sell with the possibility of trading it in on something different hadn’t totally made up my mind at this point. But customer service helped make up my mind in a hurry. Call them for an appointment talked to a Jamie about a blue book offer I had was told definitely interested. The car was never wrecked body was in excellent shape. Had an offer of just over 4000. And Jamie was not there he’d be in an a hour at this point it’s going on 4pm. Sam did look at it he was the first person I talked to. He made an offer than excused himself and came back with an even lower offer and said they don’t even want it. It was driven over an hour away because Sam said they were definitely interested in it and he could even bet the offer I had. Then he came back with a slap in the face offer of 2000 said he was aware of the miles. (159000). Blue book asked for the miles. What I’m confused about is a salesman decided he wanted to buy it and he could either go get the cash from the bank or I could drive all the way back tomorrow to get a check from the dealership. I was not impressed with the customer service nor were my parents that took time out of their day to take the car there for me before the registration expired at the end of the month. We will never ever step foot in this business again. Oh and by the way I did buy a different vehicle from a different dealership your lose. More
