Bill took his time to make sure we walk out the door with close to what we expected since we knew the value of what we walked in with and didn't want didn't want to walk away with anything else. And we were more than pleased with him going above and beyond for us. Such customer service and professionalism on his part. Carolina insured all our paperwork was properly corrected and finalized in a timely manner and her kindness did not go unnoticed. All members at the Oregon Kunes dealership we encountered were individuals we were quite pleased to have encountered and had work with us do this trade. Great Customer Service I went to 5 different dealerships looking for the year, make, model, and options that I wanted in a vehicle. Only 1 dealership had what I wanted in st I went to 5 different dealerships looking for the year, make, model, and options that I wanted in a vehicle. Only 1 dealership had what I wanted in stock, however, not the price point I was looking for. Dustin at Kunes Country searched multiple dealerships across the country for my vehicle, and had to go "back to the drawing board" a couple different times when the potential vehicle didn't have a specific feature I was looking for. Ultimately, he found the vehicle and was able to meet the aggressive price point I was looking for. The whole staff was great, from Dustin to the Sales Manager. I was very satisfied with my experience and I have even received a couple calls since to make sure everything was still going great with the purchase. I would recommend these folks to anyone! More
