He would send me unsolicited e-mails almost every day. So, when I visited the dealership, I was prepared to strongly emphasize that I was just looking. When I visited, I worked with Jonathan Gamlin. He was very relaxed, accommodating, and not pushy at all. He asked questions politely and pleasantly. My dad was with me, so he didn't even join the test drives. Overall, he was very pleasant. They go the extra mile. I had a very particular color and configuration of 300c Platinum AWD that I wanted. Matt Nichols searched high and low through the entire U.S. for one, and only found 1. The dealership that had it wouldn't give it up. I was frustrated. I thought I was going to have to wait for the 2018 models to special order one, which would mean I would pay more and lose out on nice rebates. Ah, but Matt stuck with it, searching each week (even out of the dealer network) until he found another one in Michigan. Matt worked with me on the pricing, rebates, etc. Steve Preissler took good care of me when it was time to pick up the car, and Josh navigated our way through the paperwork smoothly and quickly. This was a great group of guys to work with, and I highly recommend Kunes Country for your next vehicle.
