Terrible, liers, and forgetful theives Car went in for defrost repairs on back window, made multiple trips they try telling me the window needs replacing they then forget about my apointmen Car went in for defrost repairs on back window, made multiple trips they try telling me the window needs replacing they then forget about my apointment and keep my car ovee the week. In that time period they put 25 miles on ny vehicle to service only a window and my hub cap went missing during their joy ride probally to one of their homes for the night giving the ammount of miles. I also say joy ride due to my car having an economy feature so the only way you burn up almost half a tank of premium gas is by driving it roughly and not waiting for the. Engine temp light to go off which has proven in the past to only alloylw you 2 miles per gallon as redicoulous as that may sound. The worst part of this experience is noticing those factors and then that whoever replaced the window must of been so high they forgot to even hook up the rear window defrost to the brand new window that it didnt probally need. I call they tell me there is nothing they can do about my hub cap and to come drive 45 minutes back out to the dealership to waste my last few thousand miles of my terrible bummper to bummper warrenty that i feel wasnt held to what was agreed to. Service like this really makes me wonder if they were only changing my oil and skipping out on other warranty services that were needed like when i noticed no firewalls within the tire rim so dust and water is now getting into my vehicles engine which i bought from them as well. Im actually sitting at a parts store right now because i dont trust greasy xxxxxxx like their crew has. Thanks for making sure to beat hard on my year old car kunes country of oregon il ill make sure not to recommend you to anyone unless its for cheated services. More

2019 Ram 1500 Laramie Dennis Braun and Jonathan Gamlin were wonderful to deal with. I was in a time crunch because of a wedding I had to go to when I stopped in to test dr Dennis Braun and Jonathan Gamlin were wonderful to deal with. I was in a time crunch because of a wedding I had to go to when I stopped in to test drive the truck. They were both responsive of the time constraint I had and we were able to do a fair deal, quickly. I made it to the wedding on time in a beautiful new Ram Truck!
