Worst buying experience that I have had at a dealership Bought a Jeep Wrangler JKU from KC. Absolutely love the vehicle, but it was the worst buying experience that I have ever had (I have bought over 20 ca Bought a Jeep Wrangler JKU from KC. Absolutely love the vehicle, but it was the worst buying experience that I have ever had (I have bought over 20 cars in the past from dealerships). The only reason that I went through with the purchase, is that the Jeep is a rare find. The sales person seemed perturbed that I was not financing through the dealership, I was paying cash. I took delivery on A Saturday at 4 pm And I understand at the dealership closes at 5 but we found multiple small items that were wrong with it. We noticed that there was not a tire jack in the vehicle. The sales person said that this vehicle did not come with it. Huh?!?! I insisted that he get a jack, so he sent the lot attendant to take one out of another vehicle (hopefully the buyer of that vehicle notices). Long story short, they knocked $200 off of the final price & down the road I went. The delivery was rushed. No explanation of how stuff worked or anything like that. Right after I left the dealership I noticed that the fuel gauge was registering I had 4 more miles until I was out of gas. I texted the sales person and he said that he would send me a Jeep T-shirt (nothing like substituting a $12 T-shirt for a $65 tank of gas). After arriving home, I found that the license plate was attached using one screw. I found multiple items left in the vehicle from the previous owner (Phone bill, CDs, garbage, etc.). The vehicle was never properly cleaned. $31,000 vehicle that I love, worst buying experience ever. More
