AutoZone and Advance Auto Parts tested my car's batteries 1 day before I took the car to you, they were in good condition, but you said it needed new batteries. I just accepted the battery change as there 1 day before I took the car to you, they were in good condition, but you said it needed new batteries. I just accepted the battery change as there was no other option as the car was in your workshop and they said that this was the problem and after they found the real problem, the starter motor. They gave me prices for parts to repair my car, but when I called the parts department they gave me lower prices. My car was in your workshop so they charge extra for parts, a company you cannot trust. I removed a part on top of the batteries (it is an air duct) you never informed me that a part was missing from my car, I only realized when I arrived at my house, what kind of inspection do you do there? I'm sure none. You didn't check fluid levels or tire pressure. More
