Help! The purchasing of my Jeep Renegade was everything I wanted it to be, however after driving a 400 some miles on it the mpg was 19.2 with advertised at The purchasing of my Jeep Renegade was everything I wanted it to be, however after driving a 400 some miles on it the mpg was 19.2 with advertised at 31 highway and 25 city. I called my salesman and he informed me that I would have to break it in, or go at least l000 miles. I have done that with little improvement. I am now at almost 1000 with 20.2. I am not happy. The salesman said that it would depend on type of gas I used and my driving style. I am 63 years old. I do not drive crazy, I drive the speed limit. Okay, then he told me that I wasn't driving highway miles????, I drive 25 miles each way to and from work each day!! or do I have to drive on the interstate to work??, then he said I would have to start using premium gas!!!! no one told me I would have to buy premium gas to get the mileage that is advertised and that I deserve. I will be taking it in for my 1000 miles service in the next day or two and I hope I get some answers without the sarcasm!!!! More

I cannot commend your employees enough for putting us at ease during this experience. From the no fuss estimate and Kelly getting everything sent over to insurance and basically making it so I didn't have to worry about it to the day of the repair when we got there and there was a loaner car waiting for me ready to take me to my appointments while my truck was repaired. When the truck was done they called and we went to pick it up and it looked like brand new! Like it had never been in an accident! I couldn't have asked for a better experience in a tough time. Thank you to Kelly and Karmen for taking such great care of us and making it so we will use your dealership for all of our needs from this point forward! More
