We're very sorry that you had a bad experience with us though happy you decided to go with the Colorado as it is one of the nicest trucks out on the market today. Jake is a relatively new salesperson and at that time had three customers who were all being helped by our team, not an excuse but in no way were we trying to make you feel unimportant. On the the Vibe I can understand your concern but if you remember you had discussed with Jake the fact that you had hit an animal that had gone underneath the vehicle and damaged many components underneath. We try to be as forward and transparent with our buying process as you were with us. If we had taken that vehicle in on trade we would've had three options, disclose the damage to the customer and give them a discount, fix the damage which could run into the thousands, or dispose of the vehicle at auction at a wholesale value. I'm sorry if this was not explained well enough to you, that again falls on us. If the other dealer did not know about the damage or was willing to sell the vehicle without proper disclosure I could see how they could give you that value for the trade in. Again we apologize for this and we would've explained it further but you did agree to terms and give us a deposit on our vehicle so we assumed everything was agreeable. We will take this as a learning experience and try to better ourselves from it and we would welcome the chance to earn your business back, even if it was just your service work.
