Marcos was super friendly and answered every question that I had on the vehicle. He made sure I was taken care of. Kelia worked very hard to find a bank who would finance me, and made sure that the payments were within my budget. I absolutely love my 2014 Ford Focus! Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and excited that I was able to get the car that I wanted. I highly recommend them if you're in need of a new car! Thank you so much! More

My experience at Kunes Elkhorn has been the best yet. The sales staff treated me with respect and courtesy and made it evident that they were there to address all of my needs. The finance staff made the paperwork very transparent and simple. I was given top dollar for my trade-in and there was no pressure from the sales staff. It was made available to me, however, I was also not pushed into buying extended warranties or protection plans that I was not interested in. The entire process was made very simple and enjoyable. Worst buy! Safety issues parts missing they say "fell off" Bought a 2006 Chevy Avalanche it has a sqeaking noise the salesman Jeremy said was a A/C belt. I am on disability and feel taken advantage of. He was Bought a 2006 Chevy Avalanche it has a sqeaking noise the salesman Jeremy said was a A/C belt. I am on disability and feel taken advantage of. He was going to include a full tank of gas but was just above half. The noise has gotten louder and really loud now! My mechanic found the front axle nuts were not even on it. Kunes said they must have "fell off" talked to several dealers they state driving it that way I was lucky it didn't cause an accident and stated it could have been deadly. They are now ignoring me. I had other dealers tell me the nuts are lock nuts they "can't just fall off". There are belts pullys and bearings I have paid to replace and the noise is extremely loud now even though I don't put many miles on. I contacted the General Manager Scott Kunes but he never even replied. Now seeking legal action and having to get this diagnosed but has to be at a GM dealer. Very upset and taken advantage of. Never buy from them! More
