The finance staff made the paperwork very transparent and simple. I was given top dollar for my trade-in and there was no pressure from the sales staff. It was made available to me, however, I was also not pushed into buying extended warranties or protection plans that I was not interested in. The entire process was made very simple and enjoyable.
