I admit I am a very picky and savvy consumer which translates to being a pain in the rear for dealers, but rather than telling me off or trying to rip me off anyway, Eli was very patient and helpful. One of the few times in my life where a car salesperson genuinely wanted to help me find what was best for me. Not only did he find the car I was looking for (BMW 335i) that met most of my requirements (N54, manual trans, sport package, HPFP replaced, no open recalls...), but he also offered me a phenomenal deal despite knowing that I really wanted that one car and thus could've used that as a negotiating tactic. I didn't even know this Dealership exited since their was alot of construction going on when I attended the Athletic Club right across the road. So, I went back to the Dealership, in nearby Burlington, WI ,where I had purchased a new 2001 Pace Car Monte Carlo and loved the vehicle. After 15 years of usage, their was absolutely no rust on it so naturally I wanted another Chevrolet, The only vehicle they showed me was a 2016 Buick Encore which had many blind spots for my height and already had 3300 miles on it, considered it new and wasted two days of my time. Brian Spotz listened carefully to my terrible experience at Lynch Chevorlet when I went for a trade-in and offered several options that would fit my needs. The final choice that fitted me was not even an all wheel drive SUV that I thought would make me happy. Instead, I went with a Chevrolet Cruze which offered plenty of leg room for a tall person, an adjustable steering column and the seat heightened up for easy access and exit for a tall and elderly person.
