All the staff I encountered were great and super friendly. Craig didn't just show me where to go, he took me to the part place, he personally went and got my VIN number from my car,stayed until they finished the job, then wen out and programed my key for me. Also took me to the checkout where they learned I was new to town and asked if I had a place to get an oil change, I didn't, and needed one that day, they set me up for an oil change and tire rotation for a great price and made me a preferred customer. They also gave me information about the town I just moved. GREAT SERVICE!!! More

We went shopping for a good used vehicle. The dealership was recommended by our son. We talked to Dan Shlit(Senior) and he set us up with Adam. Adam was very knowledgable about the used inventory. My wife and I went in to order a 45th Anniversary Camaro. Working with Craig and Tina Christman was a great experience. They took the time to sit down with us and we walked through the ordering process step by step. Since we were ordering the Anniversary Camaro this was more important than ever. The car was ordered in November and arrived the Friday before Christmas. We had talked to Craig about wanting to be there when the car was unloaded, and he did everything he could to make it happen. He had everyone on the look out for it to arrive. Adam, in sales, was able to get some pictures of it on the top of the transporter for us, as Craig was with another customer. The transport driver was nice enough to wait for us to arrive and get some pictures before unloading the car. The week after Christmas was used to take care of the dealer installed options. Craig helped get this set up with the service dept. and the body shop prior to Christmas. The Tuesday after Christmas, Tim Keithley, from the body shop called, we had a couple problems with the options. I ran over to the dealership and spent a little time with the guys in the body shop and the parts dept. and we got everything worked out. We picked the car up on Wednesday (12/28/11) and it looks just awesome!!! It was a great experience working with them, the sales dept., body shop, service dept., parts department, and the finance department. Robert Watt in the finance department finished the deal off with a great job getting us a great rate. I would highly recommend Kunes Country Chevrolet to anyone. More

I was in desperate need of a vehicle and had no credit. I called Craig and he quickly got to work to see what he could do for me. I was beyond ecstatic when he called and said he had a few options for me. I called Craig and he quickly got to work to see what he could do for me. Not to mention Craig picked me up at my home in the snow and drove me to the dealership to pick up my new car. I left with a fantastic 2004 Saturn Ion, which, sadly I didn't have for a full year when I was involved in an accident. So, once again I turned to Craig and the Kunes family! And once again, they were a huge help. Within a few days I drove away in my 2010 Chevy Cobalt. This is above and beyond the friendliest and most helpful group of people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I would (and have) told my friends and family that when they are in the market for a new vehicle, this is the team they should go with!
