We saw an ad for a used vehicle. We called ahead and they set the vehicle aside. The buying experience was easy. We were so pleased with the service we ended up trading in our truck for a new one. While we were there, my husband locked his keys in his truck and they were able to make a new door key so we didn't have to drive 25 minutes home to get the extra key!! The only complaint we would have was the length of time the overall buying process took. We were at the dealership for 3 hours. We were very pleased however, that before we left another institution came back with an interest rate 1% lower than the first bank, and they printed new paperwork so we could take advantage of that lower rate! On Saturday, December 31, 2011 my brand new car got totalled. I filed a claim with my insurance company on Jan 1. My insurance company called Kunes Country Chevy on Thursday and told them what happened. Tina immediately called me to see how I was feeling and to ask me if I needed a rental. I told her I didn't have that coverage with my insurance and she said we will put you in a car. I asked at "no charge" and she said "Yes" you're our customer and we are here to take care of you. They gave us a 2011 Equinox to drive and they also filed my GAP claim for me. That afternoon Brian called me and said you are not going to believe this but we just got your"twin" vehicle in on our truck today. They held the vehicle and the next day processed our loan paperwork and put our Xzilon on and said we could pick up our new car on Saturday afternoon. How amazing is that...less than a week after my accident and I already had a replacement at no headache or hassle to me. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude for everything that Brian, Tina and Robert have done for us. The first time I was impressed...this time I was absolutely astonished!!!!
