I bought a used Impala from Kunes about 19 months ago and stopped to see if I could get any help refinancing it at a lower interest rate. The next day I brought my daughter, college student) who needed an economical car and she drove out with a 2010 used Aveo. I was completly amazed and still think it was a dream. Brian has a very good attitude with selling cars and even came in on his day off to finish my daughters car. I must also give credit to Robert for all the work he did for us. We'll be back. I have never had such a positive experience at a dealership than I did with Kunes. We looked at cars for awhile and not hassled by a salesman. When my wife and I went to look for cars, we were both feeling very nervous. We needed a car, but because we have not very good credit we didn't know what to expect. Alex (AJ) sat down with us right away and put us at ease. He asked us what we wanted and needed in a car. He never limited our options or told us things weren't possible. He didn't try selling us on something we would settle on but found a car that worked for us. He sought out options to help us in our situation and found ways to make things work. He gave us options and hope all while treating us like old friends. We thought we would end up in some old beater that we would have to overpay for, and he got us into a brand new chevy cruze. We love it! They got our financing right there and we drove home that night. Amazing! Whatever our situation is next time we need a car, I know I will be calling AJ first! More
