I bought my new 2011 Camaro V8 from Kunes and worked with AJ who by the way was great to work with, friendly and informative! They worked with me as I traded in my 2011 Camaro V6 for the 2011 Camaro V8, AJ who by the way was great to work with, friendly and informative! After being insulted by another dealership I decided to go to Kunes County to see if maybe I would get a better deal. I first call "Kunes" to see how long they were open and if they had any chevy cruzes. T go to Kunes County to see if maybe I would get a better deal. Adam picked up the phone and was extremely polite and asked very good questions at the appropiate times. After he verified on his computer how many vehicles he had which I would like he informed me to stop on by and look him up. My attitude was looking better as I was encouraged. I arrived at the dealership and walked in to a busy building. After being asked who I was looking for, Adam came right over. He was dressed appropiately, introduced himself and we walked to his desk. He again listened to my complaints about another dealership and expressed he could make it all better. We located the perfect car for me and went back inside the dealership as I had already test drove this type of vehicle and I wanted to talk money. Adam inquired if I needed a soda or coffee as I was getting parched. He had some checking to do on something and while he was gone, he stopped in the back and brought me a soda. We sat and talked about the car, life in general, the weather, just about anything to be casual. I was so comfortable with being there, I even broke out the pictures of my two sons. This is something I would not normally do but it was so nice there, I just couldn't resist. Adam then got up and went to meet with Tina to see how my trade-in panned out. He came back after a couple minutes and actually made me alot better offer than the other dealership. Then Tina came by the desk and asked me what I thought of thier offer. After alot of goofing around by me, I bought the vehicle. Then my wife and children showed up and Adam gave the boys some treats. My wife and I then met with Robert Watt to get our financing in order. Robert explained everything very well and had only one suprise. The payment was less than originally quoted. After that, Adam gave us a tour of the facility and introduced us to other people who we may work with in the future. Being as this car was for my wife, Adam showed my wife all of the car from bumper to bumper. Helped her set up the Onstar and everything. With all of the benefits this dealership has to offer, how could I ever justify going anywhere else. I have probably spoke with Adam 3-4 times since the purchase and look forward to hearing from him again. Thank you all at Kunes County. Adam, Tina, Robert, and everyone else I met that day. You have all made the difference in where I will buy my next vehicle and probably where alot of my relatives and friends will also. More

My wife and I went to Kunes Country to purchase a used car. It was a great experiance. We got a great deal on a very nice used car, and they fed us to. The whole experience was great except for they had a gas card giveaway promotion that they did not tell us about when we were there, we found out after arriving at home and found it in the paper. They have since promised us a service coupon of some sort in lieu of the gas card, but I have no details about what it is or anything, it is supposed to arrive in the mail, so there's no way I can tell at this point if its value is enough to make me completely satisfied with the total experience. Alex Justus was our salesman. We knew that we wanted the Sonic,so we test drove that car on a Thursday and came back to make a purchase the following day. Justus was great to work with. He answered all our questions and did an excellent job in helping us find the right car. We had to do a dealer trade to get the one I wanted and he worked hard to find that car. Justus came in on his day off as that was the day the car arrived to be able to deliver it to us. We had no issues at all it was a perfect deal and he made it very easy. We also worked with Robert Watt in closing out the deal and he too was great to work with. Had all our finacial paperwork ready to go so things went along quickly and was very organized. We enjoyed our experience at Kunes and would reccomend this dealership along with Justus to our friends in need of a car. More
