This past November I stopped in at Kunes in very serious need of a vehicle. My credit was ok at best and I didn't have much of a down payment.I was hoping for a very used car if they had one available.But a need of a vehicle. Not only did I leave with a vehicle but it was a new Chevy Cruze.They went way out of their way to help me out. But thats not the end of the story, I am 6'4 and though the Cruze is a fantastic car I needed a bit more room.So I just went in and whined a bit to A.J. and Tina about my dilemna. They were able to pull a rabbit out of their respective hats and I now own a new Chevy Malibu.I will never buy a vehicle from any other dealer and anyone that buys without seeing the folks at Kunes is making a mistake. Everything started off very smoothly. We worked with John Andrionni from the Ford side to get everything done. I love the car and John did MORE than his share of work for us. However, a month and a half after our purchase the Chevy side called us asking us for more work. They forgot to have my uncle (the cosigner) sign a document or two and get a picture of his ID. They turned it into an emergency on OUR part to get things sent in on time and then did not answer our calls. This was even more difficult seeing as my uncle lives four hours away. Also, my first payment on the car is now late because instead of sending the payment book to me, they sent it to my uncle, which even if they had sent it to me instead of my uncle, I still would have recieved the payment book AFTER the first payment was due. More
