We went to dealership after an Internet search for a specific suv,and I was very determined to get everything I wanted.Even though we would have liked a suv that was brand new,our budget wouldn't allow. specific suv,and I was very determined to get everything I wanted.Even though we would have liked a suv that was brand new,our budget wouldn't allow.Joe was very helpful in showing us a 2009, and a 2011 Traverse and test driving both. We both really liked everything we saw at the dealership,even though they were going through a major remodel,we were comfortable in their temporary settings. Joe didn't seem to mind running the numbers for different scenarios for loan offers and we really lucky he made it so enjoyable. We ended up with a 2009 Traverse with all the bells and whistles I wanted,even some we didn't know existed!!We are first time buyers from Kunes country but,definitely not last. Had a great time buying my G6 GTP from Brian!! This was our 7th vehicle purchase from Kunes over the years. We went in search of a first car for your youngest son. We met Adam and explained that Jake had just passed his learners permit test and we we years. We went in search of a first car for your youngest son. We met Adam and explained that Jake had just passed his learners permit test and we were looking for a good, reliable, safe first car for him and of course something to fit in his style choices and stay in our budget:) Adam worked hard going through all their dealerships inventories as well as some selections we had found. He was very patient with us when we asked him to price out several vehicles in inventory. I was amazed when he called me at work to tell me he had a car he thought would be a great choice and asked if I would like to stop down and take a look after work, or he would be happy to drive it over to me at work to see it. He was right, he found the perfect car for us. I would have to say one of the most memorable parts of the entire process was watching him interact with our son from the moment he met him. He would talk directly to him ask his opinion, answer questions, like he was purchasing the car. He had my son write out the sold tag for the car and the day we picked it up, sat in it with him and went through every detail of the operations of it. The team at Kunes treated us like family, thank you also to Matt S., Tina F. and Tim B. We are so thrilled with the experience and have already sent a referral over 2 days later. We will be purchasing a new car for my husband in a few months and would not think of going anywhere else or working with any other salesman other than Adam!!!! More
