Shane was such a great salesman. He was confident in what he could do for me and made it happen. He got me the car i was looking for at the right price. After our daughter's car broke down we only had a few days to get her a new one before she had to go away to college. We talked with the wonderful folks at Kunes Country and within two days walked away with a Cruze in the most pleasant car purchasing experience we have ever had! The folks were friendly, honest and credible. Our research, and talking with other Cruze owners we know, just verified what Tim B., Brian K, Matt S., Trevor S., and Tina S. had told us. They answered every question we had, worked around our schedule, and worked as a team to make sure we made our deadline. I have purchased two other vehicles before and neither experience even came close to the exceptional service we received at Kunes. We were in and out quickly, the paperwork was waiting for us when we arrived, the financing paperwork was written up and waiting for us, the car was in perfect condition, and the staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. Going forward, I will never buy or lease a car anywhere else. We are telling all of our friends who are in the market for a new car to visit Kunes Country. Craig knew that I was inexperienced in cars (I basically knew I wanted good gas mileage) so he was really helpful in not bombarding me with information, yet still explaining why certain cars would be better for me instead of just telling me. I would recommend anyone to Craig-he makes sure his customers are taken care of. More

Our overall experience was great. It started out kind of on the bad side for me because i know our credit wasn't great, but i still didn't want to be in a vehicle that I didn't like and had to pay for. We both were frustrated and ready to go, it was Friday, sale people were leaving....On the way out our sales person said to me Latasha Give until Tuesday I'm going to find you the car you want. He did exactly what he said plus more. Not only did he find the right color he found it with a roof, black interior plus leather not to mention the wood grain. THANK YOU SO MUCH SHANE AT KUNES AND EVERYONE ELSE THAT HELPED TO GET US IN A GREAT VEHICLE! More

My recent purchase brought me to Kunes because I have been unemployed the last 13 months and was driving a Lincoln SUV. I needed some cash so I traded in the Lincoln and downsized the vehicle. This was a bit humiliating, but Lisa brought me through the entire transaction with my dignity intact. Matt Schaal was such a gentleman; explaining thoroughly the details of my credit report and presenting to me all the options available. Both Lisa and Matt were gracious and understanding and helped me with my decision every step of the way. The service at Kunes is efficient and friendly...Lisa goes above and beyond the call of duty as far as service is concerned. She may not actually get under the hood, but she makes bringing the car in for service as easy as possible. AND her commitment is not just at the time of the sale it's for the lifetime that you own the car. I will return to Kunes again for my next car. More
I had a good experience with this dealership. I also dealt with an employee named Marty who was exceptional in his customer service skills and welcoming attitude. It was very stressful buying an expensive vehicle out of state that I had not seen nor driven and Craig made the process tolerable. If only the rest of the staff were as professional as Craig. I briefly dealt with several members of their finance department after I had made it clear that I had my own financing. I felt these employees were quite pushy and downright disrespectful. I spoke to Craig after this contact and he again represented the dealership with professionalism and apologized on their behalf. The only other negative part of this process was when I took delivery of my vehicle. Throughout the entire process, I was told the vehicle had 331 miles as advertised on the internet. Even the paperwork that I completed for the purchase reflected this mileage. When I got the vehicle, it had 581 miles on it. That is almost twice the mileage. This was very upsetting and very unprofessional of the dealership. More
