Although we traveled for more than two hours to the dealership, they gave us the utmost service and even called enroute so the car was ready for the test drive upon our arrival. Our salesman, Jon Burns, helped us every step of the way in getting to our price point. A very smooth and easy transaction. I felt respected and appreciated. Once the deal was done, and since the car needed more prep time, they offered to deliver it to our home, two hours away. I greatly appreciated they fixed the mirror and was upfront on the AC work in progress. Other than learning at delivery there was only one key fob, no spare, the deal was great. One never likes surprises, but it wouldn’t have changed the deal. Overall, this car buying experience was positive and Jon was very pleasant and helpful. I certainly recommend Kunes Cadillac/Chevy of Delavan for your next car buying experience. More

A special shout out to Mike My Hello Everyone! I wanted to express my gratitude to Kunes Country Chevrolet Cadillac for their AWARD WINNING service. A special shout out to Mike Myers for his professional yet friendly frame of mind when dealing with his customers. Mike Myers is very thorough in how he helps his customers achieve their dreams for a new/used vehicle. We have visited Mike Myers four times now since November 2019 to purchase our vehicles. The first time we went we were not in the best financial status to be looking for a vehicle but was in need of a second vehicle for our family. Mike Myers showed us two vehicles that we came to agreement on that would satisfy our needs at that time. Yes, like most times, it took most of the day to come to an agreement on the payments, but I can GUARANTEE you that Mike Myers worked hard at making everything work. We left there HAPPY over the experience. When it was time for our son to make his first purchase we again went to Kunes/Mike Myers. Our son was nervous and excited about making such a big purchase but Mike Myers once again made the experience so less stressful that when it was all done, our son walked out with the car of his choice. Ok, by now your saying, get on with it we don't need to read all this, but YES, YOU DO! Our other experiences were just as rewarding, we went in to buy my husband a well deserving truck, you see he has been driving a very old van that may or may not of had air conditioning at times. Mike Myers again did not fail! And the last but not least, we traded in the first vehicle we bought for a newer SUV and it was exactly what I wanted!! In closing (FINALLY, you say 🙂 ) the inventory is HUGE, the service in the shop is wonderful, and most of all Mike Myers had made our purchasing experience a positive one!
