Whay i gave my rating? Well i tell you its been a tough 4-5 years, as it has been for a lot of people in this economy. My wife and I have 4 kids, she was in collage and I lost my job a few years back, so m 4-5 years, as it has been for a lot of people in this economy. My wife and I have 4 kids, she was in collage and I lost my job a few years back, so my credit is less than perfect. But we both are working now, rebuilding and moving forward. Then we lost our car in a accident, not the best time to happen. So for several weeks looked around, used, craigslist even new. Got turned down (knew I would)and was about to give up. Then i got another mailer from Kunes!!! Wow got several of these over the last year, so what the heck lets check them out. And Extreamly glad we did. Met Bill Cousino, sales man at Kunes. Nice guy, friendly but I have heard it before "we can help" only to find out they couldnt, or needed huge amount down and given a rate over 18%. Bill worked with me, and i am telling you he WORKED!! Bill would go out in the cold Wisconsin weather, bring a used (thats what I had in mind) car up, we would look and drive and decide no. Finally we talked about new, our situation, needs basically a SWAT Analysis LOL. No pressure everything there in black and white, We drove home with a new Chevy. Couldnt believe it, and at a cost we could afford. Bill was truly a great asset to me, yes I/we really do feel that way. And after signed papers and ready to drive off parking lot, out comes Curtis Knaack, waving his arms "I got you a better deal" LOL really?? So back inside for 5 minutes, re-signed contract which saved me more money :) WOW. So yes, i gaves Kunes all 5's and as for Bill my salesman, all 10's and i gained a new friend and Dealer for life :) More

I made an appointment to test drive a '05 Cadillac CTS. I was hesitant, haven't had to worry about a dealer sale since I purchased an Escalade some 4 years ago from a different dealership. Now I was looking at purchasing a vehicle and having a payment I probably would have troubles affording. I drove away with a great looking and feeling vehicle, with a payment that I could easily afford, and I got to know some good guys that I look forward to dealing with in the future. I have had some bad experiences with dealerships, mainly the feeling of regret wishing I could just take the vehicle back. Now I look forward to getting some service or aftermarket parts added, and sitting back talking to some of the guys while I wait. More
