The day we went around to dealerships looking at cars it was 25 below zero wind chill outside. We felt we were well taken care of with the great lengths they went to make sure our vehicle was safe and ready to go. My wife and I recently bought a certified used vehicle from Kunes Ford a few months ago and were pleased with our experience. Our other vehicle, which is 12 years old, was showing its age so we decided to from Kunes Ford a few months ago and were pleased with our experience. We found an executive driven 2013 Silverado LTZ crew cab that we really liked but we couldn't work out a price. The second vehicle was a 2013 new Silverado LT crew cab. We were able to come to a reasonable price and were driving the vehicle home that night. I really appreciated everyone's willingness to stay past closing time to help get all the paperwork, vehicle prep, financing, etc., done so we could drive our new vehicle home. Since we also purchased the Zylon coating package, Joe setup a time for my new truck to get picked up and provided a loaner truck until it was ready a couple days later. Our new truck looks sharp and runs great . . . it was only a few days later that we got hit with a big snow/ice storm and the Auto/4-wheel drive functions came in handy. It handled the weather and the poor roads great. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or certified used Chevrolet truck to go and visit Joe at Kunes; he'll get you the best price and work hard to make certain you are completely satisfied. We came in looking for a used mini-van. We had been to a couple of other dealerships in the area and had not found anything and were not impressed with the service we had received to this point. We met Bill Cousino and he listened to what we were looking for, the price range etc. They had a 2004 Chrysler Town and Country in stock that had more options than we had in mind and after a test drive and doing the paperwork we became the proud owners of this vehicle. Even though it was 0 degress and windy and an hour after they closed. I have never been treated with such respect and honesty EVER!!! I have purchased a car from my father before and that experience couldnt shake a stick at this at how smooth and pleasant of an experience this was. Everyone bent over backwards to make this happen for me. Even Dan the G.M. came out and shook our hands. This place is TOP NOTCH. It was our first time ever to buy a brand new car and It was our first time ever to buy a brand new car and especially one with all the up to date modern technologies it came with.
