I purchased my previously owned BMW on Ebay. This was a first for me. I was leery and worried about such things as fraud, scams, etc. However, my worries were allied as I spoke with Ryan on the phone and I first for me. So, I flew from South Carolina to Wisconsin to pick up my car to drive it home. Upon my test drive I did find an issue with a previously undiscovered sensor that had gone bad. The mechanics immediately took the car into the shop and resolved the issue at no expense to me. I could see that this dealership stands behind what they sell and were willing to make every attempt to make things right. I was then able to drive my car back to South Carolina without any complications and I love my car. I would buy from Kunes Country Ford again. More
