When we started looking for a dealership we were just looking through car lots and happened to meet Bill Cousino. We had explained our reason for looking and that we had just started our search. Bill was very understanding with our needs and requirements along with sharing some helpful ideas with us. And above all Bill was not pushing or overly trying to sell us a vehicle. We were able to have a new vehicle in just a couple days with the help of Robert Watt who was also a great help and we could tell he was out to do everything he could to help us with our car purchasing experience. I can honestly say i will always remember the help everyone gave us at Kunes when the time comes for our next vehicle purchase. More

I can say from the very beginning that Mr. Miller was a friendly and courteous sales-person. He took care of our needs and helped us to get the best possible deal at the price range in our budget. I purchased my previously owned BMW on Ebay. This was a first for me. I was leery and worried about such things as fraud, scams, etc. However, my worries were allied as I spoke with Ryan on the phone and I first for me. I was leery and worried about such things as fraud, scams, etc. However, my worries were allied as I spoke with Ryan on the phone and I was able to view detailed pics of the car. So, I flew from South Carolina to Wisconsin to pick up my car to drive it home. Upon my test drive I did find an issue with a previously undiscovered sensor that had gone bad. The mechanics immediately took the car into the shop and resolved the issue at no expense to me. I could see that this dealership stands behind what they sell and were willing to make every attempt to make things right. I was then able to drive my car back to South Carolina without any complications and I love my car. I would buy from Kunes Country Ford again. More
