I give this dealership and my sales specialist, Johnny Fernandez all 5's for ratings because he was excellent with his helping hands in finding me my new car! I came to this dealership with a few issues that could stop me from purchasing a car and he went through all options with me, helped picked out a car that would best fit my situation and my style as well! He did not push anything on me like I have experienced other places and I felt a good connection with him and felt comfortable with trusting him to find me the right car and financial plans for myself! I recommend Kunes, and most definitely Johnny because he did not put on a front like most do! He kept it very real with me and did not sugar coat anything, maintained professional, and was very friendly! 5 stars to Johnny! I have been using Kunes Country for service of my Cadillac for the past 3 years. I was working Robert in financing on extended warranty. I choose Shane due to last year talking to him regarding a Suburban. When it was time to trade the car in they didn't mess around with giving me a fair offer. I considered a Ford Explorer Limited, Buick Enclave, Acura MDX, and Infiniti JX for my wife. She decided that she was happy with her current car. She told me to get what I want and there was no doubt in my mind. Chevrolet Suburban LT or LTZ. My Cadillac was a rare car and other dealers in Madison area would not give me a fair offer. My plan was to keep it and continue to enjoy the car. I traded 2 cars in that day the Cadillac and a Lincoln. They found the Suburban that I wanted on the computer from another dealer. Shane was very attentive on timing on when we would be able to get the new car. They gave me a real nice used Ford Edge(if you are considering a crossover put this on your list) for the week as I waited until it was convenient to me to pick it up. I live west of Madison and have a cottage in the Delavan area. The service was outstanding for the past 3 years. Kunes County a whole group of good people out to help you. Go check them out see what they can find for you even if it is not on their lot. Have them search other dealers for your next new or used vehicle. You will not be disappointed. He was also able to get close to exactly what I wanted as to a trade-in value for the car I was trading. I would strongly recommend this dealership along with these specific employees when looking to buy a new or used car. Joey in particular was outstanding in that he accommodated my schedule and was even willing to come in on a day off if needed, although that wasn't necessary. He made me feel comfortable through out the whole experience and didn't push me into something I didn't really want. Others tried up selling and giving me reasons why I should go for something different. Craig was very professional and explained everything clearly throughout the car buying process. I am 22 years old and felt like my age affected my car buying experience at other dealerships in negative ways. Criag didn't look at me as a number but rather a long time loyal customer.
