Adam Zerbach was AMAZING!!! Not only did he find a car that we could afford, he and Robert Watt worked magic to help us get financed. I knew I needed a car as mine was on its last leg, So I visited Kunes Chevy late one night to see what they had that I could afford and with my busy schedule and tight budget it seemed like concurring this visited Kunes Chevy late one night to see what they had that I could afford and with my busy schedule and tight budget it seemed like concurring this task would be next to impossible. I called the next day and talked to Robert Rocha... He said that he could come to my work and start the Credit application if that would help, I said "SURE!!!" He came in and asked me some general questions which took no time at all. A few hours later he said that I pre-qualified for a BRAND NEW 2013 CHEVY SONIC!!! That may not seem like a big deal to most, but I have been turned down before... So to get a call that I can get a BRAND NEW CAR... You can imagine my excitement. I got out of work and went to the dealership and they showed me what seemed like an endless supply of cars that I could get... I picked the one I wanted, but had to run off to my second job. I came back the next day and they had an approval from one bank that fit my payments but Matt Schaal said " Let me work on this a bit... I think I can get you a better rate" WHO DOSE THAT?! Robert sent me home in my new car and told me they would call me on Monday as they may have to wait due to the 4th of July weekend... I made it about 5 minutes away and Robert called and said "We got a Much better rate, Come in and sign the papers!" WOW!!! So I get back to the dealership and Matt explains to me that he saved me $20 a month!!! (Mind you, I was totally Fine with the first deal they offered me so you can imagine my Shock when they said they can save me money!!!) I was just stoked that Matt would take time to do that when he had an approval that I was cool with... That right there is why whoever is reading this should not go to any other dealership... EVER!!! Robert then took me on a tour of the dealership and introduced me to all the people there and they seemed as excited as I was that I got a new car. Then Robert told me that since I bought I new car that ANYTIME I need my car washed He would wash it for me FOR FREE!!! This Dealership is AMAZING!!!! I have heard horror stories about peoples experiences with car dealership and salespeople but I felt like if I was hosting an episode of Mythbusters I would say.... MYTH BUSTED!!! I didn't feel like I was being pushed into anything at anytime. You can tell all the people there actually like who they work for! Robert is an amazing salesman that knows the product he sells. I purchased a Avalanche LTZ 2009 and paid what I have now found to be a very high price. I made a $17,000.00 down payment and was still told I needed GAP insurance at a cost of over $1000.00. I was also sold a product called xylon a coating for protection of your auto, (worthless) at a cost of over $1000.00. I feel like I was taken advantage of at this dealership and when I called to speak with the Manager of the dealership a message was taken but I received no return call. Not a good way to do business when you sold a over$30,000.00 auto. I would never recommend this dealership and will tell everyone I meet in person and on the Internet about the terrible experience. I will say the sales person was nice but I never had an uninterrupted conversation with him. It was very hard to keep everything in mind between waiting for him to get off the phone. He was even on the phone during our test drive, (very distracting). I guess once they have your money they are done with you, so much for customer service! More
