Where do I start-I am one of the worst for buying a car because I am hard to deal with and because I have never owned anything other than a corvette and pick-up truck I am a unique challenge. Kudos to Ryan as I started with him and he helped show car options with what I was originally looking at. Robert took over showing me options and had ideas on autos and SUV's that answered my questions driving one of the Cadillac's and working at listening and answering my questions. Then adding Lisa who took me on a test drive and showing me some of the awesome features and options on the SRX. Working with Robert and Brian K was easy, had no stress and made the experience fun for the first time that I can remember. Brian went out of his way not only to give me a great deal on my trade in but also finding me the ultimate car and working with Lisa secured the vehicle and then Robert/Brian had the car back at the dealership and ready for delivery with everything I wanted on the my new Cadillac. Brian also made sure that I understood the process and also the deal and I was shocked when it was all easy and customer friendly. Robert really sealed the deal with the attention and customer service that Kunes displays with all of their family. The dealership is easy to navigate, they have refreshments and even popcorn while you wait for service or attending to other needs. The parts department also made things easy and like the balance of Kunes communicated with each step of the process without stress or worry. I will be in need of another car in 2014 and Kunes is the place I will go and will recommend everyone to check out themselves as they are above and beyond many expectations set about buying a car. Curtis Knaack was also amazing in helping us finance our vehicle, and really made magic happen! I still can't believe I was able to get the car I have with everyone's help! I just had to give everyone a hug before I left because they helped me out so much. I didn't have the best credit history, and they really worked with me to get a great price and an even better interest rate for my loan.
