Johnny walk us threw everything and took very good care of us from the very beginning, he is a great sales man, he truly cares about the customers and what would be best for them. After the sales process was done with Johnny he sent us over to talk to Robert in the finance department and he also took great care of us. Explained everything to us so we understood and answered all the questions that we had. We felt like we were treated like part of the family when we left there. We were looking for a new Chevy Malibu and saw Kunes Country in the Shopping News. We went over to checkout and test drive and arrived on thursday night. We were greeted by Jason and he showed us the features and operations. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable and great to work with. We were looking for a car that was roomy and fuel efficient. We decided we liked the Malibu so Jason talked to Tina and she came over and talked to us. Tina is really nice and was a pleasure to work with. We discussed finacing and payments with Tina and she was very helpful. Tina located a Malibu that fit our budget and made arrangements for the car to be delivered. We were given a Malibu to test drive overnight and were really happy with the ride. Jason called us the next day they had gotten the car. We returned to the dealership and worked with Jason and Curtis on financing and payments. Curtis was very nice and was also great to work with. He explained everything about the financing and payments. While Curtis was preparing the paper work Jason went over evrything with the Malibu that we were getting and we set up the Onstar. Then we needed to get the number for the supplier discount and this was when we met Matt. Matt was great he helped us with obtaining the number we needed. Then we went to the service and set up to have the protection package installed and service information entered. We then met with Curtis and he went over all the paper work and signed them. We are very happy with our new Malibu and had great experience. We want to thank everyone at Kunes Country they made us happy customers.
