Went to Kunes Chevrolet in Delavan to get an oil change and tire rotation for the 2013 Chevy Cruze we purchased there. I used to think having service done at the dealership would be way too expensive, however, the service rates are very competitive at Kunes (and I always get a free car wash and the front interior vacuumed; a huge perk.) While at Kunes, we fully intended to see Adam (the salesman that helped us with our Cruze) about trading in our mustang GT. We were looking for something with better fuel efficiency and most importantly, better winter drivability, as our work commutes have both significantly lenthened since purchasing the mustang several years ago. We like working with Adam. He takes the time to get to know you, your situation, and your needs before making any suggestions. He suggests options that help you save the most money and gets you the most for your trade-in. He is very patient, taking several hours from his day to show you many makes and models, new and pre-owned, allowing you to inspect each, sit in each, test drive the worthy ones (or any one you choose) - and never makes you feel like you are taking him away from a "big sale" or that he has better things to do. It is obvious that Adam wants nothing more than to make sure you drive off the lot with the vehicle that meets your needs and even more, the vehicle you love! We will be back to see Adam. Although we both own new vehicles now (2013 & 2014) and will not be needing another for many years to come, we will still make sure we swing by to say "hi" and catch up while we are having service done. She gave me an overall picture of what the car my cost in numerous scenarios. Robert Watt from finance was very thorough and explained all the paperwork I was signing. I didn't feel like he was hiding any information or disclosures that he didn't want me to see. He explained to me how my lease works over the course of the next 3 years and what I can look forward to. I dreaded the finance portion as most buyers do, but with Robert's help, I wasn't anxious at all. Overall this was a great experience. Lisa spent about 6 hours helping me find a car that I liked. I test drove about 10 cars altogether and ended up buying a car I was happy with.
