I initially contacted Kunes via the internet and Joe Acquafredda responded to my inquiry and was very helpful when it came to figuring out my trade and what I needed. When I came into my appointment it was nice because I was able to put a face to the name and he continued to be 100% involved and interested in getting me exactly what I wanted and needed. I had a very strict budget and Joe helped me find something that I could afford. I felt I was a difficult customer because I asked a LOT of questions and wanted to see the scenarios on multiple cars and even so, Joe seemed happy to help. In the end we found the perfect car for me and my little family and I am extremely happy with my new purchase. More
